It features two pie charts highlighting unfiltered and filtered PMF overviews (very, somewhat, and not disappointed levels), alongside key insights such as your MCC, user personas, primary benefits, and future requests. Your PMF score is prominently displayed for quick reference, with a direct link to the detailed report for deeper insights.

To clarify, when we talk about converting your users into ‘Very Disappointed’ users, we’re referencing the first survey question: ‘How would you feel if you could no longer use this product?’ Respondents were given three options: ‘Very Disappointed,’ ‘Somewhat Disappointed,’ and ‘Not Disappointed.’ A ‘Very Disappointed’ user is someone who deeply values your product and cannot imagine operating without it—your most loyal and engaged customers.
